Hgffhkvffhkbff this is Ruber, from Quest for Camelot, a non-disney animated movie that bombed into almost complete obscurity. Ruber is Shan Yu, if Shan Yu had a personality, and that personality was "I MUST be the most evil, annoying bastard in the room at all times". His villain song is like 85% yelling and screaming and the energy he brings into the movie is just a fucking delight.
Ruber is the polar opposite of whatever a tumblr sexy man is.
